Personal training is recommended for those who need a change or do not know where to start. With personal training more time and attention is given to each exercise, enabling you to improve your form and perfect your techniques.
We offer personal training for one of the three:

Personal Training Single
One-on-one training between you and the coach is best suited for those who need extra time to catch up and grasp your techniques.

Personal Training- Duo
Need a buddy to start together? Grab your friend or family member to share the cost. Learn new skills and improve your fitness together.
1 session: $140
5 sessions: $675
10 sessions: $1300


Personal Training- Private Group
Gather your group of friends or co-workers and have a workout session together. Great for team bonding! From 3 to 5 pax onwards.
